Terms of use

Using the sites

You are welcome to browse, watch, read and download what we share. Please use the sites lawfully and kindly. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to them, and do not collect other people's information from them.

Accounts

• Accounts are free and for people aged 13 and over. One account works on all three sites.
• Give accurate details, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• New accounts are Members. The church team assigns other roles, such as Leader, Media, Blogger and Admin, and can change or remove them.
• We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time by asking the office.

What you post

You keep ownership of the comments, posts, photos and materials you share. By posting, you allow CCFC Zambia to show them on these sites and on church channels. Please only post what you have the right to share.

Our community guidelines are simple. Do not post anything hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, misleading, or promotional spam. Do not share other people's private details or photos of children without their parents' permission. Moderators may edit or remove content that breaks these guidelines, and may remove access for repeated or serious breaches.

Registrations and applications

• Please give accurate information when you register for Koinonia or apply to Worship Connect.
• Registering tells us you plan to come. Where places or participation slots are limited, the organisers confirm them. Delegate fees are announced with each conference.
• Applying to Worship Connect does not guarantee a place on the team. A team leader will contact you about the next step.

Photos, videos and downloads

Church gatherings may be photographed and filmed, and some of that media is shared on these sites and on our YouTube and social media channels. If you would like a photo of you or your child removed, contact the office and we will take it down.

Photos we offer for download, such as the Koinonia galleries, are for personal and church use. Please do not sell them, use them in advertising, or edit them in a way that misrepresents the people in them. A credit to "CCFC Zambia" is appreciated when you share them. Teaching material in the Upper Room library is free for personal study and teaching, and remains the work of its authors.

Giving

Giving at CCFC comes from the heart and is always voluntary. These sites do not take payments. They explain how to give in person, by mobile money or by bank transfer. If you make a mistake with a gift, contact the office and the church treasury will help.

The chat assistant

Yuriel is an AI Bible companion that answers from the church's published information. It can make mistakes and it is not a substitute for pastoral care, medical, legal or financial advice. For anything important, confirm with the church office. Please do not type sensitive personal details into the chat.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the sites accurate and available, but they are provided as they are, and service times, events and details can change. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content. To the extent Zambian law allows, CCFC Zambia is not liable for loss arising from use of the sites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.

The CCFC name, logos, text, photographs and videos on these sites belong to Christ Connect Family Church Zambia or are used with permission. Scripture quotations remain under the copyright of their translations.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. We may update them from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the sites means you accept the updated terms.
