A family, not
just a service.
Christ Connect Family Church Zambia is the Zambian home of an international family of churches, led from Lusaka and connected to Harare.
"And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."
Acts 2:47Our mission
Connecting people to Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit through the gospel of Jesus Christ, and empowering them to become multiplying disciples.
That sentence shapes everything we do. We want people connected to Jesus, not just to a building. We depend on the Holy Spirit, not on programmes. And we measure fruit by disciples who go on to make disciples, in Mandevu, across Zambia and beyond.
CCFC Zambia is the national head church of Christ Connect Family Church International, whose headquarters are in Harare, Zimbabwe. The first CCFC church was planted there by Bishop Farai Katsande and has since planted eighteen more churches across the region. Visit CCFC Global
What we hold to
The Bible is our authority
We teach the Scriptures as the inspired Word of God, book by book, so that every believer can read, understand and obey it for themselves.
Jesus is the only way
Salvation is by grace through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ. The gospel is the centre of every gathering, not an add-on.
The Holy Spirit empowers us
We are an evangelical church that expects the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in worship, in prayer and in daily life.
Family is how we live
The church is a household. We share meals, carry one another's burdens and raise our children together.
Every disciple multiplies
Discipleship is not a class you finish. It is a life that reproduces, which is why missions and church planting are part of who we are.
